Get familiar with our special inner city of Paramaribo through our city tour.
Accompanied by our guide you will walk through the streets of Paramaribo where you will come across many buildings from the colonial past, such as the wooden St. Peter and Paul cathedral and the presidential palace. We will visit the Central Market place where you can learn more about the variety of fruit, vegetables, spices and other goods Suriname has to offer. The guide will gladly tell you more about the Surinamese cuisine and you might even get to try some. Then we visit the Keizerstraat where you will see with your own eyes how peacefully a Mosque and a Synagogue neighbour each other. In this way you will learn a lot about our multicultural society we are so proud of in Suriname. We cannot skip Fort Zeelandia during our City tour. Many historical events occurred here.
